Through the quote request form, we collect the following data voluntarily provided by the user:

Legal basis for processing

For the operation of the site, we use the following external services acting as data processors:

Vercel Inc. — Hosting

The hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically collects technical server logs, including IP address and request timestamps, to ensure the proper functioning of the site. This data is not used for profiling or user behaviour analysis.

Resend Inc. — Email delivery

Emails generated by the contact form are sent via Resend. Form data (name, email, message) passes through Resend's servers for email delivery. Data may be transferred to the United States (see "Extra-EU transfers" section).

Google Maps — Embedded maps

The site embeds Google Maps on port pages. Maps are loaded only after the user consents to functional cookies. Google may collect usage data and set cookies according to its own policy.

Extra-EU data transfers

Resend Inc. stores data in the United States. The transfer is carried out in accordance with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023. Vercel uses servers located in Europe for site hosting.

Data retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact and quote requests: until the request is fulfilled and for a maximum of 12 months from collection, unless required by law
  • Technical server logs (Vercel): retained according to the hosting provider's policy
  • Legal obligations: for the period required by applicable law (e.g. 10 years for tax obligations)

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format (data portability)
