The Grado lagoon: hidden islands and secret beaches
This excursion takes you into the Grado lagoon: shallow waters, flat calm, islands only reachable by boat. No waves, no current. Along the route you'll stop at Barbana island — one of the most evocative spots in the lagoon — then navigate to Porto Buso and Banco d'Orio. A route that changes every time, through channels, uninhabited islands and stops wherever you like.
Banco d'Orio is a white sand bar in the middle of the lagoon: no road to get there, only water. The beach is all yours. Stops for a swim, an aperitivo or simply to sit still in the silence while the water changes colour around you.
